Corporate Director of Training....   8 to 10 casino hotels....  need real pro.. $120-140,000 base +++ (nice relocation package- will not buy real-estate)

Corporate Facilities Engineer...Schedule 4 technicians, manage the budgets..  PM schedules ….  Be responsible for the Facilities Department of this industry leading medium size local restaurant company.   Current Director is leaving due to spouse being transferred.  Must be real people person, very computer literate, hands on generalist, very organized, strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration.  This is a key management position within the company. A stable resume showing progressive growth and responsible in the areas of maintenance — engineering & facilities management with a respectable and professional full-service hotel or restaurant company is needed.  The more technical certifications the better, degree desired but not a must.  A proven record of management and success. $60,000 - 70,000+++.  Wonderful benefits.    

Need 3 Pastry Chefs to head up departments in three very busy three-four star casino hotels.  Each has 3-5 bakers plus you in the department.  $55,000 -65,000 + nice benefits.   NEED  NOW

Exc Assistant Manager (3 needed), must be strong in Food- have a complete understanding of it from purchasing through production to service.  Must have a Degree (AA in Culinary or  BA_BS is related field).  Positions are a fast track to a GM position of a 200 – 400 room full service hotel.  Company will add 3-5 new hotels to its portfolio soon.   $55,000 - $80,000 base plus a very good benefits package.  Three – five years progression in management responsibility with Hyatt-Marriott-Westin-Hilton desired.  Nice relocation package--- will not buy real estate.   

Resort Couple……  very up-scale remote resort needs well organized—hands on—experienced full-service  HOTEL/RESORT  couple.    Experience in out of the way places as well as some Spanish helpful.  Very unique destination.

Burger King District Manager...  Must be  Burger  GM Certified by BK--McD--Jack In The Box-- or Wendy's, great package...$60,000-65,000 base +  mileage allowance (3-6 months a car may be added) start at 1 BK  others added (4 more)  when owners feel you are ready. Good insurance  70% employer paid + vacation +  housing (you pay utilities).  Position is in small AZ town....  great opportunity to save a lot of $$$$$.  

Director of Sales and Marketing...  200  room full-service property- the leader in the market. This 3 star hotel is perfect for regional association--corporate and state meetings.  You will soon be over up to 2 more properties.  MUST have 100%  ability to communicate in English and Spanish.  $65,000  to 75,000 base,  plus bonus (this is a lot of money in this sleepy west Texas town.

Need  experienced Hotel Sales Manager for Texas property:    strong Corporate contacts and creative abilities to bring in weekend social business...  $48,000 -52,000 plus.
