Director of Food & Beverage...  need  bilingual (English/Spanish)  go-getter  who can  tweak and organize a department made up of a 3 meal a day restaurant,  busy sports bar, room service  and banquets up to 225 at a solid 3 star hotel.  Staff is willing but needs direction from an excellent trainer/manager.   $45,000 - 55,000  plus benefits and incentive.  

Director of Sales and Marketing...  200  room full-service property- the leader in the market. This 3 star hotel is perfect for regional association--corporate and state meetings.  You will soon be over up to 2 more properties.  MUST have 100%  ability to communicate in English and Spanish.  $65,000  to 70,000 base,  plus bonus (this is a lot of money in this sleepy west Texas town.

Regional Sales Manager to cover Texas and surrounding states representing  a NEW  and very successful  reservation system for INDEPENDENT  hotels and resorts (no up-front cost for property).  This is a new market for the company.....  in their existing Markets they are the leaders.  Can live in any major Texas city....  MUST  have good car.....  $40,000  base.....  travel expenses....  benefits and  wonderful  commission structure.  

Need 2 experienced Hotel Sales Managers for Texas properties:  (1)  strong Corporate contacts and creative abilities to bring in weekend social business...  SE Houston....  some Hilton experience a big plus...  $48,000 -52,000 plus,  (1)  for Downtown Houston  full-service hotel...  good corporate contacts and the drive to find social weekend business... $45,000 - 52,000 plus,  all 3 come with full benefits and strong incentives when you bring in the business.

GM--- Hampton certified for great 70 room property,  must also have some F & B experience.  $50,000 - 55,000 plus great benefits, bonus and 2-3 bedroom house.

Need strong Hilton Brand full-service GM  for 200-400 room  top commercial property in large Texas town. MUST have current Hilton certifications, NEW Hotel Opening experience and stable work record. Regional Direct Revenue Management,  over 4-7  full service Hotels, location Houston or Dallas,  $70,000 - 90,000 + nice benefits,  maybe a bonus if the US dollar is worth anything next year.
